Typically, when seeking endorsement of a Master Plan, authorities will require a comprehensive Heritage Strategy to be prepared and implemented in tandem, which may include repair and restoration works, appropriate upgrading or adaptation works, an interpretation program or archival recording of elements to be demolished.
